🔍 Problem Statement

When manually cancelling a subscription, there is no option to choose whether the subscriber receives a cancellation notification email. The email is always sent, which can be inappropriate for admin-initiated cancellations or migrations.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want a checkbox to control whether the subscriber is notified when I manually cancel their subscription, so that I can suppress notifications when cancellations are internal or migration-related.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given the manual cancellation flow, when an admin cancels a subscription, then a checkbox allows them to choose whether the subscriber receives a cancellation email — defaulting to 'notify'.
