Add ‘Greater Than’ Operator to Date Filters under Segments

🔍 Problem Statement

Date filters under Segments only support 'equals', 'before', and 'after' operators — but not 'greater than' (strictly after, excluding the date). This limits precision when building segments based on date ranges.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want a 'greater than' operator for date filters in Segments, so that I can create precise date-based segments that exclude the boundary date.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given the Segments date filter, when an admin selects the 'greater than' operator with a date, then the segment includes only records strictly after that date (excluding the date itself).
