Additional lookup fields & adding columns to Customer screen

🔍 Problem Statement

The Customer screen's search functionality does not support lookup by Company name or ZIP/Postal Code, and the Company field is not available as an optional column. This forces admins to use workarounds or external tools to locate customers by company or geographic area, slowing daily operations.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want to search customers by Company and ZIP/Postal Code, and add Company as a visible column on the Customer screen, so that I can quickly find and identify customers by organization or location without leaving the dashboard.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given the Customer screen, when an admin searches by Company name or ZIP/Postal Code, then matching customers are returned in the results.
✔️ Given the Customer screen column settings, when an admin enables the 'Company' column, then it appears in the customer list table.
