Adjust Timestamp Timezone

🔍 Problem Statement

Timestamps in the Pelcro dashboard are displayed in a fixed timezone and cannot be adjusted to the admin's local timezone. This causes confusion for teams working across different time zones when reviewing activity logs, invoices, and events.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want to select my preferred timezone for all dashboard timestamps, so that dates and times are displayed in my local time without mental conversion.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a timezone setting in the admin profile, when the admin views any timestamp in the dashboard, then it is displayed in their selected timezone.
