Allow for adding members as Active vs. Pending during data entry

🔍 Problem Statement

When new members are added via data entry, they are assigned a status of Pending by default. Pending members do not appear in Lists, which means newly entered members are invisible in operational workflows until their status is manually changed — adding extra steps and causing data gaps.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin entering member data, I want the option to add members with an Active status directly during data entry, so that they immediately appear in Lists and operational workflows without a separate manual status change.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given an admin adding a member via data entry, when they select 'Active' as the initial status, then the member is created with Active status and immediately appears in all relevant Lists — without requiring a separate status update step.
