Append Gift Code Automatically to Gift Redemption URL

🔍 Problem Statement

When a customer receives a gifted subscription, the gift code is sent separately in the email and the recipient must manually copy-paste it into the redemption page. This creates friction, increases the risk of user error, and lowers gift redemption completion rates.

💡 User Story

As a gift subscription recipient, I want the gift code to be automatically included in the redemption URL so that I can redeem my gift with a single click — without copying and pasting a code.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a gifted subscription, when the gift email is sent, then the redemption URL includes the gift code as a query parameter (e.g. ?gift_code=ABC123), the redemption page auto-fills and recognises the code without manual entry, and the recipient can complete redemption in a single click from the email.
