Auto-activation of gift subscriptions

🔍 Problem Statement

Gift subscriptions require the recipient to manually redeem and activate the subscription. If the recipient does not act, the gift remains unused. There is no option to auto-activate the gift on purchase or after a configurable delay.

💡 User Story

As a gift purchaser or admin, I want gift subscriptions to auto-activate (immediately or after a configurable period), so that recipients gain access without needing to take action.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a gift subscription purchase, when auto-activation is enabled, then the recipient's subscription is activated automatically on purchase (or after the configured delay) — without requiring the recipient to click a redemption link.
