Display Product Name with Plan Details in "Choose Plan" Dropdown

🔍 Problem Statement

The 'Choose Plan' dropdown in the admin dashboard shows only plan names without the associated product name. When multiple products have similarly named plans, admins cannot distinguish which plan belongs to which product.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want the 'Choose Plan' dropdown to display the product name alongside the plan name, so that I can identify the correct plan without guessing.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a 'Choose Plan' dropdown, when an admin opens it, then each option displays both the product name and plan name (e.g. 'Digital Access — Monthly').
