Do not change renewal type to manual renewal when a subscription is cancelled

When an auto-renewal subscription is cancelled, Pelcro automatically changes the renewal type from Auto-Renewal to Manual Renewal. This misrepresents how the subscription was originally sold and paid for, causing downstream issues with fulfillment logic β€” eligible customers are excluded from fulfillment lists even when they are still entitled to receive issues already covered by payment.

As a Pelcro admin managing fulfillment, I want the renewal type to remain unchanged when a subscription is cancelled, so that fulfillment lists continue to include entitled subscribers accurately and subscription records reflect how they were originally purchased.


🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

βœ”οΈ Given an auto-renewal subscription, when it is cancelled, then the renewal type remains as Auto-Renewal β€” only the subscription status and future billing behaviour are affected, and the subscriber continues to appear on fulfillment lists for any issues still covered by their paid period.
