Exclude Customers with an active subscription

🔍 Problem Statement

Segments in Pelcro cannot exclude customers who already have an active subscription. This makes it difficult to target non-subscriber audiences for acquisition campaigns without manual list cleanup.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want to exclude customers with active subscriptions from a segment, so that I can target non-subscribers for acquisition campaigns without manual filtering.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given the segment builder, when an admin adds the condition 'has no active subscription', then only customers without any active subscription are included in the segment.
