I would like to request a subscriptions export using the Core API with seconds-level precision for the date_from and date_to parameters. Currently the provided parameters are rounded to 00:00:00 and 23:59:59, respectively.

🔍 Problem Statement

The Core API subscriptions export does not support seconds-level timestamp precision. Clients who need exact timing for reconciliation, audit, or integration purposes receive timestamps rounded to the day or minute, which is insufficient.

As a developer, I want subscriptions exports via the Core API to include seconds-level timestamps, so that I can reconcile and audit subscription events with precise timing.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a subscription export via the Core API, when the export is generated, then all timestamps (created, started, cancelled, renewed, etc.) include seconds-level precision (ISO 8601 with seconds).
