Introduce Revenue Waterfall Accounting Report

🔍 Problem Statement

Finance teams using Pelcro currently have no way to see how booked revenue transitions into recognized revenue over time. There is no Revenue Waterfall Report, which means month-by-month recognition breakdowns must be assembled manually outside the platform. This limits compliance with revenue recognition accounting standards and makes accurate financial forecasting difficult.

💡 User Story

As a finance team member, I want a Revenue Waterfall Report inside Pelcro, so that I can track how booked revenue converts to recognized revenue on a month-by-month basis and produce audit-ready reports without manual spreadsheet work.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a Pelcro organization with active subscription revenue, when a finance user opens the Revenue Waterfall Report, then the report displays each subscription's booked amount, the monthly recognition schedule, and the cumulative recognized-to-date figure — enabling full compliance with revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606 / IFRS 15) without requiring any data export or external calculation.
