Manage & Remove Saved Campaign Keys in Subscription Creation Flow

🔍 Problem Statement

Campaign keys (UTM parameters) saved during subscription creation persist on the account but cannot be managed or removed afterwards. Stale or incorrect campaign keys clutter the data and distort attribution reporting.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want to view, edit, and delete saved campaign keys on subscription records, so that attribution data stays clean and accurate.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a subscription with saved campaign keys, when an admin edits or removes a campaign key from the subscription creation flow or detail page, then the change is persisted and reflected in reports and API responses.
