Memberships domains/IPs export

🔍 Problem Statement

Membership domain and IP address data cannot be exported from the Pelcro dashboard. Admins who need to audit or share IP-based access configurations must copy data manually.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want to export membership domains and IP addresses as CSV, so that I can audit and share access configuration data efficiently.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given the Memberships section, when an admin exports membership data, then the export includes all configured domains and IP addresses for each membership.
