Recurring bills

🔍 Problem Statement

Pelcro does not support recurring billing for non-subscription charges (e.g. recurring service fees, maintenance charges, or instalment payments). Clients must create subscription products as workarounds or invoice manually, which misrepresents the billing relationship.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want to create recurring bills independent of subscriptions, so that I can invoice customers for recurring non-subscription charges without misusing the subscription model.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a recurring bill configuration (amount, frequency, customer), when the billing cycle triggers, then an invoice is generated and the payment is collected — and the recurring bill is managed separately from subscriptions in the dashboard.
