Reorder pricing plans

🔍 Problem Statement

Pricing plans within a product are displayed in a fixed order that cannot be changed by the admin. This prevents teams from presenting plans in a logical or promotional sequence on the checkout page.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want to drag-and-drop reorder pricing plans within a product, so that plans appear in the desired sequence on the checkout page and dashboard.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a product with multiple pricing plans, when an admin reorders plans via the dashboard, then the new order is persisted and reflected on all checkout UIs and API responses.
