Retrieve details for deleted products and plans Ideally this would be possible via both the admin interface and the core API

🔍 Problem Statement

Deleted products and plans cannot be retrieved via the Core API. Developers who need to reference historical product/plan data (e.g. for reporting or migration) have no way to access it after deletion.

💡 User Story

As a developer, I want to retrieve deleted products and plans via the Core API, so that I can reference historical data for reporting, auditing, and migration purposes.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a deleted product or plan, when a developer requests it via the API (with a deleted=true filter or by ID), then the full product/plan data is returned with a deleted status indicator.
