Search function for collaborators

🔍 Problem Statement

The lack of search functionality makes managing and finding existing collaborators time-consuming and inefficient.

💡 User Story

As an admin, I want to search for existing collaborators by name or email address, so that I can quickly locate and manage collaborators without having to navigate through multiple pages.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

• Given an admin accesses the Collaborators page, then display a search field above the collaborators list.

• Given an admin enters a collaborator's name or email address, then filter the collaborators list to display matching results.

• Given a search query is entered, then search across all existing collaborators, not just the 25 currently displayed on the page.

• Given an admin enters a partial name or email address, then return relevant matching collaborators.

• Given multiple collaborators match the search criteria, then display all matching results with pagination where applicable.

• Given no collaborators match the search query, then display an appropriate message indicating that no results were found.

• Given the search field is cleared, then restore the complete collaborators list with its existing pagination.

• Ensure the search functionality does not affect existing collaborator management actions or permissions.

Feedback:
Please add a search function to the collaborators view so I can easily find existing collaborators by name or email.

Background: Our Pelcro accounts have over 100 collaborators. The collaborators page only displays 25 at a time, so finding an existing collaborator often requires clicking through several pages of results.
