Streaming Log Data

🔍 Problem Statement

There is no way to stream or subscribe to Pelcro event and log data in real time. Teams that need live monitoring, alerting, or integration with external observability tools must poll the API or rely on delayed exports.

💡 User Story

As a developer or operations team member, I want real-time streaming of Pelcro log and event data, so that I can feed it into monitoring, alerting, and analytics systems without polling delays.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a configured streaming destination (e.g. webhook, S3, or event bus), when an event occurs in Pelcro (payment, subscription change, login, etc.), then the event data is delivered to the destination in near-real time with structured payloads.
