We would like to allow our customers to self-serve their donation tax information (an aggregate of all donations made in the calendar year) directly from their dashboard.

🔍 Problem Statement

Subscribers who make tax-deductible donations through Pelcro cannot self-serve their donation tax information (e.g. annual tax receipt). They must contact support to obtain documentation, which increases support volume and delays donor satisfaction.

💡 User Story

As a donor/subscriber, I want to access and download my donation tax information (annual receipts) directly from my account, so that I can prepare tax filings without contacting support.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a subscriber with donation transactions, when they access their account's tax information section, then they can view and download annual donation tax receipts — and the receipts include all required fields for tax filing.
