When looking at the membership list, we would like to see the customers name instead of the email field

🔍 Problem Statement

The membership list displays customer email addresses but not customer names. For members without email addresses or when names are more recognisable, this makes it difficult to identify members at a glance.

💡 User Story

As a Pelcro admin, I want the membership list to display customer names (alongside or instead of email), so that I can identify members quickly regardless of whether they have an email on file.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given the membership list view, when an admin views it, then each row displays the customer name — and if no name exists, the email is shown as fallback.
