Allow Deletion of Payment Method When Auto-Renewal Is Disabled

🔍 Problem Statement

Subscribers cannot delete their saved payment method when auto-renewal is disabled. Since there is no upcoming charge, the card should be removable — but Pelcro still blocks deletion, forcing unnecessary support requests.

💡 User Story

As a subscriber, I want to delete my saved payment method when auto-renewal is off, so that my card data is removed when there are no upcoming charges.

🎯 Definition of Done (DoD)

A feature is done when:

✔️ Given a subscription with auto-renewal disabled, when the subscriber or admin requests deletion of the saved payment method, then the card is removed successfully.
